Provincial basic network of hazardous substances (Environmental commission 2016-2020)

This file contains the area of influence of the provincial base network for the transport of dangerous goods as established in the Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020. In order to transport dangerous goods, carriers must comply with safety requirements, including transporting as much as possible along the designated transport routes. As far as national infrastructure is concerned, these transport routes are designated by the government. In addition, we point out a provincial basic net. It is important that these routes also remain suitable for the transport of dangerous goods, which is why we have included rules on this in the Environment Regulation. The area of influence includes the infrastructure and its immediate surroundings.
