资源简介:
The Iberian parsley frog (Pelodytes ibericus) is a species of frogs in the family Pelodytidae, known as parsley frogs because of their green speckles. This species is only found in Portugal and Spain; in Spanish it is known as sapillo moteado iberico. This sample is from a male in Isla Mayor, Seville Province of Spain, collected by Christoph Liedtke and Ivan Gomez-Mestre, coordinated by Gene Myers and Erich Jarvis to be used to generate a high-quality reference genome for the Vertebrate Genomes Project (VGP). Sequencing and genome assembly were conducted at the Max Planck Dresden Concept Genome Center, coordinated and done Gene Myers, Sylke Winkler, and Martin Pippel.
