Pesticides

This dataset include data for active substances used in plant protection products and Maximum Residue Levels (MRLs) authorised in EU. Context: All foodstuffs intended for human or animal consumption in the European Union (EU) are subject to a maximum residue level (MRL) of pesticides in their composition in order to protect animal and human health. The Regulation brings together and harmonises in one text the limits that apply to different human or animal food products and, in addition, it establishes a maximum limit applicable by default. Data is collated on the single active substances and the maximum residue levels (MRLs) combinations pesticide/commodities at EU level.本数据集涵盖欧盟（European Union, EU）境内获批登记的植物保护产品所用活性物质，以及相关最大残留限量（Maximum Residue Levels, MRLs）数据。 背景说明：为保护动物与人类健康，欧盟境内所有供人类或动物食用的食品，其成分中的农药残留均需符合最大残留限量要求。该法规将适用于各类人类及动物食用食品的残留限量标准整合并统一至单一文本中，此外还设立了默认适用的最高残留限量基准。本数据集在欧盟层面汇编了单一活性物质与最大残留限量（MRLs）对应的农药/食用品类组合相关数据。
