Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain:BR2-12 Genome sequencing. Lactiplantibacillus plantarum strain:BR2-12

Lactiplantibacillus plantarum BR2-12 was isolated from infant fecal sample in Indonesia. Samples were taken from 2.5-month-old participant who was delivered by caesarean section. The participant did not take antibiotics and regularly received breast milk. The mother of the participant regularly consumed vegetables and fruits during the pregnancy process. Participant was in good health (no history of or current congenital disease) when the sampling procedure was performed. Fecal sampling is done remotely and coordinated with the participant's mother in advance.
