Dataset for "Multimorbidity and Mortality during the COVID19 Syndemic in Madagascar across 180 Diseases (2015–2024)"

This dataset contains epidemiological data on 180 diseases across 22 regions of Madagascar from 2015 to 2024. It was generated for the study on multimorbidity, mortality, and the COVID-19 syndemic. Variables include case counts, deaths, correlations between diseases, and temporal trends across the syndemic and post-syndemic periods.
