Microbial distribution analysis and comparison between Carica papaya and other relatives of papaya namely into the species belonging to the genus Vasconcellea Raw sequence reads

Endophytic microbes in the seeds have the potential to ubiquitously associate to the plants. Successful seed endophytes rapidly colonies the seedlings and provide growth and protection against plant diseases. This study aimed to envisage the difference in papaya and other relatives species of papaya for the seed bacteria and fungi taxonomical diversity and gene functional analysis by metagenomics.
