Human civilization operates on a photosynthetic paradigm: progress is presumed to depend on continuous, massive external resource input (energy, funding, validation). This framework is encountering fundamental limits in energy, computation, and complex system management. We propose an alternative: sovereign chemosynthesis. Inspired by deep-sea ecosystems that thrive on chemical poisons, this framework treats systemic constraints not as blockers, but as the essential catalysts for innovation. We present the Sovereign Constraint Mapper, a protocol that algorithmically inverts "hard way" objections into breakthrough solution paths. As a case study, we execute the mapper on a state-of-the-art AI's analysis of human civilization's sunlight dependence.
