FWB Grant Cadastre 2023
收藏资源简介:
Foreword: Please read the following carefully: The total amount of the cadastre can be found in the ‘Table’ tab. The data are not in the format ‘one line = one grant’. Each line represents a grant tranche paid in 2023. Example: the same grant paid in three instalments will correspond to three rows in the table. Negative amounts correspond to reimbursements of beneficiaries. For the ONE, these are mainly recoveries of subsidies from previous years, as well as, for crèches, retrocessions (= amounts received from the PFP - parental financial contribution - returned to the ONE). Outside the Tableau module, the display on the site has certain limitations: For postal codes: they are not all in the list proposed in the ‘Filters’ field because of their large number. This field shows only the 100 postal codes with the highest number of grants. Similarly, for the ‘tips’ in the ‘Card’ tab, it will only be possible to show the information of the first 100 grants (from the highest amount). Example: the municipality "X" presents 750 grants. By clicking on the tooltip, information about (among others) the beneficiary and the grant amount is displayed. Only the first 100 grants can be reviewed. This does not mean that the grant does not exist. The information is in the main table, where you can isolate different data using filters (on the left of the screen) and sorts (in the column headings of the table). You can also export all data in various formats via the "Export" tab, for consultation, statistics or analysis. The document “How to use the data” is intended to support the user in understanding the data criteria related to the grants published on this portal. The Grants Register: The transparency of subsidies granted by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation is one of the Government's priorities. On 18 January 2018, the Parliament of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation adopted a decree establishing a grant register in the French Community. This decree lists all the information relating to grants awarded in the French Community and which must be communicated in a report, including all the grants awarded between 1 January and 31 December of the previous year, which will be sent to Parliament on 15 June of the current year. The cadastre shall be made available on the open data portal www.odwb.be within 15 calendar days of transmission of the report to Parliament. The subsidy register is part of a desire to ensure transparency in the award of subsidies paid by all the subsidising bodies dependent on the Wallonia-Brussels Federation: the Government, the Ministers, the departments of the Administration, including self-accounting administrative departments (SACAs) and legal persons governed by public law created by or dependent on the French Community, including the legal structures created within the latter, when they grant, from their own budget, grants financed in whole or in part by resources made available to them by the French Community. This cadastre shows the subsidies paid in the financial year 2023. Previous cadastres: - Cadastre of grants awarded in 2022 - Cadastre of grants awarded in 2021 - The Cadastre of grants awarded in 2020 - The Cadastre of grants awarded in 2019 Re-use and exploitation of data: The beneficiary who reuses the data has the right to redistribute and reuse them, on the sole condition of not modifying the data used and mentioning as author of the data the Ministry of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
