Real estate transfers in Rennes Métropole (DVF)

This layer of cadastral parcels makes it possible to visualise the DVF data (requests for land values) corresponding to the transfers for consideration made in recent years. The dissemination of the DVF database contributes to the transparency of the land and real estate markets. The real estate changes present in this data layer are derived from the “Requests for Land Values” enriched by the Land Files produced by CEREMA (DV3F data) and thus facilitate their exploitation and analysis. More information on enriched DVFs can be found at https://datafoncier.cerema.fr/donnees/donnee-dv3f. These data go back to January 2010 and they concern the whole of Rennes Métropole. The specified attributes are as follows: \- idmutation: unique identifier of land transfer \-year: year of transfer \- datemut: date of transfer \- libnatmut: wording of the nature of the transfer \-fonc value: property value of the transfer \- nblot: number of lots in the mutation \- nbpar: number of parcels affected by the transfer \- nblocmut: number of premises moved \- nblocmai: number of houses transferred \- nblocapt: number of apartments transferred \- nblocdep: number of Dependencies Mutated \- nblocact: number of business premises transferred \- STerR: land area \- sbati: built-up area (housing and activity) \- Ffsbati: built area (sbati + outbuildings) \- etage_max: maximum floor on the transferred premises \- seller: seller typology (Cerema typology) \- Buyer: buyer typology (Cerema typology) \- periodedecst: period of dominant construction on the relocated premises \- codtypbian: DVF National Group Property Typology Code (GnDVF) \- libtypbien: wording of the typology of GnDVF goods \- filter: code to exclude “exceptional” mutations \- plu_mut_libelle: wording of the PLU at the date of transfer \- plu_mut_typezone: PLU zoning at the date of transfer \- plui_libelle: wording of the current PLUi \- plui_typezone: PLUi zoning at the date of transfer \- price_bati_m2: building price per m² (fonc/sbati value) \- price_m2: price per m² of terrai (fonc/STerR value) This layer is to be used in conjunction with the Synthesis of Real Estate Transfers on Rennes Métropole (DVF) (UUID = 51dd2bdb-4049-41a7-9af5-cb8599430f45) and the Statistics layer of real estate transfers to the commune and sub-district (DVF) (UUID = 9368f27f-0100-4447-8a0f-34d5f449f2f9) A guide to using this data layer on the Rennes Métropole Geographic Data Portal is attached to this metadata sheet.
