资源简介:
Prunus sibirica is a small tree or shrub of Rosaceae. It has strong ecological adaptability and grows well in harsh environments such as cold, barren, drought and windy sand. It has irreplaceable ecological value in arid and semi-arid areas with fragile ecological environment. Its kernel taste bitter, commonly known as bitter kernels, containing fat, protein, vitamins, minerals and other essential nutrients for the human body, with high nutritional value. At the same time, kernels also contain bioactive components such as amygdalin and phenolic compounds, which have broad development prospects in the field of medicine. In this study, transcriptome methods were used to perform high-throughput sequencing on the kernels of six Prunus sibirica clones, and RNA-seq data were generated to clarify the metabolic pathways of key functional components such as amygdalin, lipids, and amino acids. The candidate genes related to the biosynthesis of functional components such as amygdalin were deeply explored, and the transcription factors in the synthesis pathway were studied to provide new insights into the synthesis pathway of key functional components in Prunus sibirica kernels.
