CPUE来源于山东省近海渔船2012 - 2019年的捕捞日志,包括捕捞压力、捕捞方式、捕捞面积、工时、鱼种和产量。CPUE数据由总捕获量除以工作时间和捕捞压力的乘积得到。利用其他年份的CPUE插值得到2017年的CPUE。每个渔区的空间分辨率为0.5◦× 0.5◦
本研究的环境数据来源于2016年10月至2017年8月山东省沿海海域海洋渔业资源与环境因子季度调查。
这些调查在白天进行,测量了表层和底层温度、盐度、水深和表层叶绿素A浓度等环境因子。我们使用了电导率、温度和深度(CTD)系统来收集环境数据,遵循标准的校准、部署、回收和清洗程序。我们利用NASA Ocean Color的MODIS-Aqua传感器和物理海洋分布式动态档案中心的AQUA_MODIS数据补充了缺失的海表面叶绿素a、盐度和温度数据(来自以上的遥感补充数据已在数据集中标出)。
CPUE was derived from fishing logs of offshore fishing vessels in Shandong Province from 2012 to 2019, which contained fishing effort, fishing methods, fishing area, fishing hours, fish species and catch yield. CPUE was calculated as total catch divided by the product of fishing hours and fishing effort. The CPUE data for 2017 was interpolated using CPUE values from other years. The spatial resolution of each fishing zone was 0.5° × 0.5°.
Environmental data for this study was obtained from quarterly surveys of marine fishery resources and environmental factors in the coastal waters of Shandong Province, conducted from October 2016 to August 2017.
All surveys were carried out during daytime, and measured environmental factors including surface and bottom water temperature, salinity, water depth, and surface chlorophyll-a concentration. We collected environmental data using a Conductivity, Temperature and Depth (CTD) system, following standard calibration, deployment, recovery and cleaning procedures. We supplemented the missing sea surface chlorophyll-a, salinity and temperature data using data from the MODIS-Aqua sensor of NASA Ocean Color and the AQUA_MODIS dataset from the Physical Oceanography Distributed Dynamic Archive Center. The above-mentioned remote sensing supplementary data have been marked in the dataset.
