AlnC

AlnC is an extensive database of lncRNAs in Angiosperms. It incorporates a total of 10,855,598 lncRNAs, annotated in 809 RNA-seq samples of 682 flowering plants. All transcriptome data available at 1KP project initiative was processed and used to annotate the lncRNAs.AlnC是一款针对被子植物（Angiosperms）的大规模长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs，lncRNA）数据库。该数据库共收录10,855,598条长链非编码RNA，其注释信息来源于682种显花植物的809个RNA测序（RNA-seq）样本。所有1000种植物转录组测序计划（1KP project）下的可用转录组数据均经过标准化处理，并被用于该数据库长链非编码RNA的注释工作。
