All data are mean ± SD of each treatment. Three replicates were performed for each treatment.“*” indicates significant difference of the WT data from all transgenic lines at 40 or 50°C based on least significance difference test at p = 0.05. Data at 30°C without “*” indicate no significant differences among the WT and transgenic lines.
