This dataset contains drone-based vertical measurements of equivalent black carbon (eBC) and particle number concentrations (PNC) at rural and urban sites in the Czech Republic. Data were collected using a micro-aethalometer and an optical particle counter, with measurements spanning multiple heights (up to 100 m,230 m AGL) during summer and winter. The dataset includes reference ground-based measurements (AE33 and TSI OPS), meteorological parameters, flight data and wind data from drone.
