Multi-locus genome-wide association mapping of pattern and color polymorphisms in Timema cristinae. Timema cristinae

Restriction-site associated DNA libraries (generated following the protocol described in Parchman et al. 2012, PMID: 22404645, doi: 10.1111/j.1365-294X.2012.05513.x) of 602 individuals of Timema cristinae from a phenotypically variable population found on Adenostoma fasciculatum (population code: FHA, N34°30.958, W119°48.050, California). This data was used to carry out GWA mapping analyses to quantitatively describe aspects of the genetic architecture of pattern and color in T. cristinae.
