Favorite sports activities among French seniors 2019

Among people aged 65 and over, hiking was the most popular sporting activity. More than half of the respondents said they had participated in this activity in the past. Swimming, another activity described as "gentle" on the body, was the second most popular activity, practiced in 2019 by almost 40 percent of seniors.
