data_along_front_avg_temp.mat: Along-front averaged temperature field.data_along_front_avg_vel.mat: Along-front averaged cross-front and vertical velocity fields.data_along_front_avg_tracer.mat: Along-front averaged tracer concentration field.data_along_front_avg_tke.mat: Along-front averaged turbulent kinetic energy (TKE).data_tracer_frac_time_evol.mat: Time series of the fraction of tracer transported below the ocean mixed layer for the frontal, post-frontal, and no-front cases, respectively.
data_along_front_avg_temp_single_front.mat: Along-front averaged temperature field in the single-sided front simulation.data_along_front_avg_tracer_single_front.mat: Along-front averaged tracer concentration field in the single-sided front simulation.data_along_front_avg_temp_deep_OML.mat: Along-front averaged temperature field in the filament simulation with a deep mixed layer.data_along_front_avg_tracer_deep_OML.mat: Along-front averaged tracer concentration field in the filament simulation with a deep mixed layer. Tracer is released either across the entire horizontal domain or only in the far field. data_tracer_vert_distr.mat: Vertical distribution of tracer concentration for all the cases.
