Pedagogical communication is an essential component of the educational process and plays a significant role in students’ academic development. Effective communication between teachers and students supports knowledge acquisition, motivation, classroom engagement, and personal growth. The aim of this article is to analyze the influence of pedagogical communication on students’ academic development and to identify the main communicative factors that improve learning outcomes. The article highlights the importance of clear explanation, constructive feedback, emotional support, respectful dialogue, and interactive teaching methods. The findings show that well-organized pedagogical communication creates a positive learning environment, increases students’ confidence, and contributes to better academic achievement.
