ISSM Model Configurations and Simulation Outputs for Barker et al. (2026) This repository contains Ice-sheet and Sea-level System Model (ISSM) model configurations and simulation outputs associated with Barker et al. (2026). The archived data include transient simulations of Laurentide Ice Sheet deglaciation across the Adirondack Mountains. The repository contains the following files: Barker_2026_2D_reference.mat: Two-dimensional reference model used for model setup and analysis. Barker_2026_3D.mat: Three-dimensional ISSM model containing transient ice-sheet simulation results, including ice geometry, velocity, and thermal fields. Barker_2026_ISSM.m: MATLAB script demonstrating how to load the archived models, extract transient simulation results, and visualize ice thickness, surface elevation, velocity, and basal temperature through time. The model files are provided in MATLAB format and can be accessed using the ISSM MATLAB interface. The accompanying analysis script requires ISSM and uses both model files. ISSM is open-source software and is publicly available at https://github.com/ISSMteam/ISSM. These archived files are provided to facilitate access to, examination of, and reuse of the numerical model configurations and simulation results presented in the associated publication.
