Analysis datasets used for Pfsa4 genome-wide association analysis (Hamilton et al).

Datasets used for genome-wide association analysis (GWA) for discovery of the Pfsa4 locus in Plasmodium falciparum, which is associated with sickle cell haemoglobin.All genotypes are derived from the Pf7 MalariaGEN data resource, which is publicly available. This list of biallelic pass SNPs with minor allele frequency &gt;0.1% was used for GWA analysis.
