Supplement of Endocrine adverse reactions of tyrosine kinase inhibitors in combination with immune checkpoint inhibitors

We aim to carry out a retrospective study using the US FDA Adverse Event Reporting System (FAERS) to comprehensively investigate the clinical profiles of EARs related to TKIs+ICIs combination therapy and each monotherapy to further clarify the incidence rate, clinical characteristics, and relationship with tumor prognosis of TKIs+ICIs-related EARs, so as to guide clinical practice and improve patient prognosis.
