ML-MAGES: summary-level UKB data and simulation data used by the analyses

This is the Supplemental Data for manuscript "ML-MAGES Enables Multivariate Genetic Association Analyses with Genes and Effect Size Shrinkage".

This repository contains the summary-level GWA results and LD matrices generated from UK Biobank European Ancestry Individuals, as well as the simulation data used for model training and performance evaluation in the analyses of ML-MAGES, a ML framework for multi-trait association analyses.For space considerations, the full LD matrices of only a few example chromosomes are provided. LD blocks (derived from full-chromosome LD matrices) for all chromosomes are provided. The full LD matrices can be generated using the PLINK command included in our code repository.
