Between April 2019 and 2024, Future Gaming and Hotel Services bought over 13 billion Indian rupees worth of electoral bonds from the State Bank of India. It is a gaming company based in Coimbatore. Political parties in India encashed over 127 billion Indian rupees in donations through electoral bonds. In 2024, the Supreme Court struck down the electoral bonds scheme for non-disclosure of the source of funding to political parties.
