不平衡率指标主要是看左右两轮的刹车轮差,是衡量汽车安全性的主要技术指标之一,如果这个值超标,则会出现左右轮刹车不平衡,汽车跑偏的现象。本数据可以对车辆的情况进行安全性评价,保证了车辆的安全性和检验结果的准确性。一轴不平衡率=一轴左右轮过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/一轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
二轴不平衡率=二轴左右轮过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/二轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
三轴不平衡率=三轴左右轮过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/三轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
四轴不平衡率=四轴左右轮过程差最大差值点相减(大值-小值)/四轴左右轮最大行车制动力中大的值*100%
根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》,《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定,前轴不平衡率合格范围:≤24%,后轴不平衡率合格范围:≤30%,当前后轴同时符合规定,方判定为合格。
The unbalance rate index mainly focuses on the brake force difference between the left and right wheels, and is one of the primary technical indicators for evaluating vehicle safety. If this value exceeds the standard limit, unbalanced braking between the left and right wheels and vehicle drifting will occur. This dataset can be used to perform safety evaluation of vehicle conditions, ensuring vehicle safety and the accuracy of test results.
First-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference of brake process differences between the left and right wheels of the first axle (large value - small value)) / (Greater value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels of the first axle)] × 100%
Second-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference of brake process differences between the left and right wheels of the second axle (large value - small value)) / (Greater value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels of the second axle)] × 100%
Third-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference of brake process differences between the left and right wheels of the third axle (large value - small value)) / (Greater value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels of the third axle)] × 100%
Fourth-axle unbalance rate = [(Maximum difference of brake process differences between the left and right wheels of the fourth axle (large value - small value)) / (Greater value of the maximum running braking forces of the left and right wheels of the fourth axle)] × 100%
According to GB 7258-2017 *Technical Specifications for Safety of Operating Motor Vehicles* and GB 38900-2020 *Items and Methods for Motor Vehicle Safety Technology Inspection*, the qualified range of front-axle unbalance rate is ≤24%, and the qualified range of rear-axle unbalance rate is ≤30%. A vehicle is judged as qualified only when both the front and rear axles meet the specified requirements.
