Bacterial community analysis of root-associated soil of rice inoculated with Azoarcus sp. KH32C

Genome sequencing analysis of denitrifying bacterium Azoarcus sp. strain KH32C, which was isolated from rice paddy field in Japan, showed that strain KH32C had the possibility of interaction with plant. We examine that the effect of inoculation with strain KH32C to rice seeds as bacterial inoculant in paddy fields and analyze rice root-associated soil bacterial community .
