This dataset consists of half-hourly eddy covariance fluxes (including sensible heat flux, latent heat flux, CO₂ flux, etc.) and auxiliary micrometeorological variables (including net radiation, soil heat flux, air temperature, atmospheric relative humidity, wind speed, soil temperature, soil moisture, etc.) observed at the Linze Inland River Basin Research Station of ChinaFLUX (China FLUX Observation and Research Network) for the oasis farmland ecosystem in the middle section of the Hexi Corridor during 2012–2015.
