Raw frequency data specifying the number and percentage of COVID-19 patients that experienced discernible symptoms from clinical datasets in Japan before [27] and after [28] D614G mutation.

These frequencies were used to simulate patients to find the likeliest paths of symptom onset for discernible symptoms of COVID-19. The dataset from Japan before the outbreak of the D614G variant contains 244 patients, and the dataset from Japan after the outbreak of the D614G variant reports symptoms of 2,636 patients, except for cough, where only 2,634 of the patients were recorded.
