This dataset comprises eight electronic files supporting the study: Electronic File 1 (borehole_dataset.csv): Borehole dataset including location, depth, and associated geological information. Electronic File 2 (Photomicrographs.pdf): Representative photomicrographs of rock samples used in this study. Electronic File 3 (groundwater temperature.csv): Shallow groundwater temperature records compiled from monitoring wells. Electronic File 4 (MajorElements.csv): Major element geochemical data for the analyzed samples. Electronic File 5 (Trace Element.csv): Trace element geochemical data for the analyzed samples. Electronic File 6 (density.csv): Rock density measurements used for radiogenetic heating production calculations. Electronic File 7 (Tcon.xlsx): Thermal conductivity data of rock samples. Electronic File 8 (HeatProduction.csv): Calculated radiogenic heat production values based on geochemical data.
