Transcriptomic regulation during meiosis

We studied the meiotic regulation of transcription, by comparing the mRNA level at time t=1h to t=8h after meiosis induction, to the mRNA level at time t=0h.本研究通过将减数分裂诱导后t=1h与t=8h的mRNA水平与t=0h的mRNA水平进行对比，探究了转录的减数分裂调控。
