The study of chromatin accessibility and modification enables the discovery the regulatory DNA elements. Reproductive organs, pistil and anther originated from the inflorescence primordium are critical for rice reproduction, but the regulatory landscape of specific reproductive organs and its response to low temperature remain obscure. Here, we characterized chromatin accessibility, histone modification, and transcriptome profile, as well as the response to low temperature in pistil and anther of rice by ATAC-seq, ChIP-seq and RNA-seq.
