Pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) and solid pseudopapillary tumors (SPT) are two of the most common pancreatic neoplasms. However, the broad heterogeneity of pNET and SPT in clinical manifestations and radiological features often confuse the presurgical discrimination in clinical practice From March 2006 to January 2021, all patients with pathologically confirmed non-functional pNEN or SPT in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed. 354 cases of pNET and 277 cases of SPT were enrolled in our cohort. Clinical presentation, including age, sex, clinical symptoms, tumor location and size, were collected from electronic medical records and pathologic results. Multimodality imaging including contrast-enhanced CT, MRI, EUS and nuclear medicine image, were performed as previous described and recollected through electronic medical systems (Cheng et al., 2019; Li et al., 2019; Hong et al., 2020; Zhang et al., 2020).
