Sleeping beauty (SB) transposon system is powerful tool to identify candidate cancer genes in several type of cancer. We established the mouse model which develop uterine leiomyosarcoma (LMS) by insertional mutagenesis of SB transposon. From this model, several candidate cancer genes were idetified, one of which was Zfp217. To comprehensibely understand the mechanism of sarcomagenesis in LMS, CHIP-seq was performed by using anti-ZNF217 antibody.
