Innovation Lens forward test: sealed pre-registration

This record timestamps a pre-registered forward test of an equity signal. It holds only the SHA-256 hashes of the protocol and the files it fixes, and the git commit of the authors' scoring code; the files themselves are private until the results are reported. Before each forward rebalance, a new version adds the hash of that rebalance's score file. With the one-year results, by 14 May 2028, the protocol and every score file committed during the test will be released; the rest with the two-year results, by 15 May 2029. This is the only forward protocol sealed for this signal.
