Open PHMEV: bases on hospital prescriptions of medicines delivered in the city

The PHMEV data offer consists of a set of annual inter-regime bases, covering reimbursements of medicines prescribed by public and ESPIC (private health institutions of public interest) and issued as a city office from 2014 to 2020. All data are extracted from the national inter-regime system of sickness insurance (Sniiram). Data on the drug are returned through the ATC classification. The ATC classification is used to classify drugs according to a hierarchical principle. Medicinal products are divided into different groups depending on the organ or system in which they act and/or their therapeutic and chemical characteristics. The beneficiary is characterised by his age class and sex. This offer is structured around two types of datasets: • Full base PHMEV: The complete PHMEV database includes the prescribing hospital described by its number (geographical for the APHP and the Red Cross (as well as for military hospitals from 2017) or legal for other institutions), its legal category and its geolocation elements. • Regional PHMEV base: In addition, hospital prescriptions issued in the city are returned, at a more aggregate level, through the establishment region (geographical region for APHP and the Red Cross (military hospitals from 2017), managing region for others) and their legal category.
