SLECA: a single-cell atlas of systemic lupus erythematosus enabling rare cell discovery using graph transformer

We developed SLECA, an integrated single-cell transcriptomic atlas for systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), consolidating data from eight studies encompassing 366 samples.SLECA provides cell embeddings, cell-type annotations, and attention score matrices derived from the graph transformer model, as well as both raw and normalized expression data, all stored within the corresponding .h5ad files for each sample.
