301 AF2HE datasets

This open-source dataset is jointly released by the PLA General Hospital (301 Hospital) and Beihang University. It contains histopathological slice data from 30 breast cancer patients, including both autofluorescence (AF) scans and H&E-stained images. The AF images, acquired without any staining, were captured using DAPI, SpGr, and SpOr spectral bands. All slides were processed into unpaired 256×256 patches for training and evaluation of unsupervised image translation models, with 10% of the data reserved for testing. The AF data are confirmed to be unstained, and a detailed protocol for reproducing the AF imaging process can be obtained by contacting the dataset maintainer. After downloading, please place all files (*.z01–*.z04 and *.zip) in the same directory before extracting or merging them.
