Tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) root sections challenged with flg22 or flgII-28

The goal is to assess the impact of flg22 or flgII-28 perception on the transcriptomic profile of tomato whole roots or root sections. Five-day old tomato root sections (whole root, early differentiation zone, late differentiation zone) were collected after a six-hour treatment with mock (water), flg22, or flgII-28.
