Main hydrography

The information layer represents all surface waters, whether permanent or temporary, such as lakes and bodies of water, rivers, streams, streams, canals and ditches, as defined in Article 2(1)(j-bis) of Provincial Law No 11 of 23 May 2007.The hydrographic network, properly identified and selected, forms part of the invariant hydrographic network of the Provincial Urban Plan (provided for in Article 8(2)(c) of Annex B to Provincial Law No 5 of 27 May 2008).Part of the hydrographic network consists of the watercourses included in the list of public waters or inland waters on which the provisions of Chapter I of Provincial Law No 18 of 8 July 1976 apply for the purposes of the hydraulic police and the management of the water domain.
