Forecast Expenditure The expenditure of the forecast budget is divided into three parts: a) Part 1 — Effective expenditure for the achievement of the aims of the Entity; B) Part 2 — Expenditure resulting from non-amending financial operations in the regional assets; C) Part 3 — Special accounts.
