DigComp 3.0 framework data supplement

The DigComp 3.0 framework data supplement provides the tabular parts of the fifth iteration of the European digital competence framework - the competence areas, competences, proficiency levels, competence statements, learning outcomes, and glossary, in two structured formats (spreadsheet and JSONLD). These help users of the DigComp 3.0 framework to work in a flexible, adaptable and interoperable manner with the DigComp 3.0 framework, allowing it to be tailored, adapted and/or linked with existing initiatives.
