Infant BG505 (Nairobi, Kenya, ) was HIV infected approximately 6 weeks after birth and developed a broadly-neutralizing antibody response by 27 months of age. This study sequenced the variable regions of BG505's immunoglobulin genes (IgG, IgM, IgK, and IgL) at timepoint âW14â: 14 weeks of age, which was about 8 weeks after HIV infection with a Clade A virus.
