Short-, Medium-, and Long-term Cardiometabolic Outcomes in First-Episode Psychosis: Study Datasets

This dataset accompanies the manuscript <b>“Short-, Medium-, and Long-term Cardiometabolic Outcomes in First-Episode Psychosis: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis.”</b> It contains the study-level data extracted from 82 eligible studies examining changes in weight, BMI, waist circumference, glucose, lipids, blood pressure, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, and cardiovascular outcomes in individuals with first-episode psychosis.The file <b>“Metabolic outcomes for R_doublechecked.xlsx”</b> includes continuous outcome data (means ± SDs across follow-up intervals), while <b>“Diabetes^JCancer^J MetS analysis_4thJune.xlsx”</b> contains prevalence and incidence data for metabolic and cardiovascular disorders.These data support the meta-analyses and forest plots reported in the published paper and may be reused for evidence synthesis, replication, or methodological research. Variables correspond exactly to those described in the Methods section. All studies were double-checked against primary publications for accuracy.
