本数据集为阿尔明德根（Allmendingen）市镇"安德韦德（第一修正案）"城市化规划的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务基于5.0版本的XPlanung数据集，并按照欧盟空间信息基础设施（Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community，INSPIRE）规范转换而来。
