This dataset presents the elemental composition of soybean (SOY ACASSA S1) roots, stems, leaves, pods, and soil after a 3-month exposure to different phosphorus fertilization treatments. Plants were grown in soil amended with increasing application rates of struvite (0–20 g/kg soil) and with reference mineral fertilization using KH₂PO₄ (1 and 8 g/kg soil). After the growth period, plant tissues and soil samples were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectroscopy (XRF) using a Bruker Titan S1 portable analyzer to determine the concentrations of macro- and microelements. The dataset includes elemental concentrations expressed in percent and ppm, along with measurement uncertainties and detection limits, enabling comparison of nutrient uptake, elemental distribution among plant organs, and the effects of different fertilization treatments.
