Overview This feature service provides future conditions 100-year flood elevation information for Broward County, Florida. It supports resiliency planning by presenting modeled flood elevations for a 1% annual chance flood under current and projected future conditions, including the effects of land use change, sea level rise, and precipitation change. Layer Future100_yr_Map contains polygon-based flood elevation results used to support community flood mapping and future development standards. The layer summarizes modeled flood elevation surfaces and associated flood statistics for areas across the county, providing a practical reference for planning finish floor elevations and major redevelopment decisions. Modeling and Use The flood elevations were developed using integrated surface water and groundwater modeling with DHI MIKE SHE and MIKE Hydro River tools.
