本数据资源由丽江市水务集团有限公司智慧排水管理平台在九纵八横开展供排水服务工作中采集整理的数据，主要涵盖九纵八横排水管网监测设备数据，主要包括水质监测点、流量计及液位计的数量等建设信息。该数据可主要应用在城市内涝风险预警、入河排口污染溯源执法、管网运维经费绩效考评、海绵城市试点成效评估立项等领域。

This dataset is collected and curated by the Smart Drainage Management Platform of Lijiang Water Group Co., Ltd. during water supply and drainage service operations within the Nine Vertical and Eight Horizontal pipe network zone. It mainly covers data from drainage pipe network monitoring equipment in this zone, including construction-related information such as the number of water quality monitoring points, flow meters and level gauges. This dataset can be primarily applied in fields including urban waterlogging risk early warning, pollution traceability law enforcement for river discharge outfalls, performance appraisal of operation and maintenance funds for drainage pipe networks, and project approval for sponge city pilot project effectiveness evaluation.
