Study on nitrogen removal performance of CFM-DAS biofilter combined with A2/O. biological filter

This study adopts two kinds of industrial wastes---Ceramsite Filter Material（CFM）and Dehydrated Aluminium Sludge（DAS）as the main filter material of the biological filter to treat wastewater with high N level. The laboratory scale CFM-DAS biological filter was constructed on the basis of existing researches. Improving nitrogen efficienciies while ensuring the steady operation conditions, investigated the removal efficiencies of COD, NH4-N and TN and focuses on diversities and composition of the structure of the space-time distribution characteristics of ammonia oxidizing bacteria (AOB) in this two kinds of filter material, then study the relationship between microbial abundance and nitrogen removal
