Climate Conflict Vulnerability Index (CCVI)
收藏资源简介:
The Climate Conflict Vulnerability Index (CCVI) is an open-source dataset designed to assess where, to what extent, and under which conditions climate and conflict risks (co-)occur. The CCVI is a global risk index at 0.5° x 0.5° spatial resolution covering 2015 until the present, updated quarterly. It provides and harmonizes a wide range of indicators based on publicly available data to create measures of climate and conflict risk together with a combined score identifying places exposed to both. Building on the IPCC risk framework, it uses shared vulnerability and exposure layers across climate and conflict hazards. The index can be used both for comparative and time series analyses of subnational risk patterns worldwide, as well as the identification of location-specific risk profiles.
