That year, approximately 47 percent of the milk processed by the dairy company Norrmejerier was used for the production of cheese. 40 percent of the milk was used for drinking milk and yoghurt production. Milk powder had a share of 6 percent. At Norrmejerier dairies, milk was also processed into cooking fat and cream.
