This repository contains AlphaFold3 (AF3 v4) structural prediction outputs generated for HKU5-related coronavirus receptor-binding domain interactions with ACE2 orthologs. Included are raw prediction outputs for wild-type and mutant RBD–ACE2 complexes, confidence metrics (pTM and ipTM), predicted co-structures, and replicate predictions generated across multiple random seeds. Predictions include interactions with human (Homo sapiens), mink (Neogale vison), and bat (Pipistrellus abramus) ACE2 orthologs.
